Anois Teacht an Earraigh

Anois teacht an Earraigh…Sixth Clas pupils,Holy Family BNS, Primary School Carlow, have been very  busy this past week making St. Brigid’s crosses. Students in Askea GNS were also busy making St. Brigid’s Crosses assisted by the Go Leir Group. These St.Brigid crosses are made available after all masses this week. Donations will go to Kaoma Fund in Nairobi.


We had a brilliant time at theYoung Scientists RDS 2012. We were one of two Carlow Primary Schools at the exhibition. Our display on Digital Money was very well received and we are delighted with our award. Click on photos for larger images.

Best of luck to our young scientists from 5th class who will be representing Holy Family BNS,Primary Schools Carlow, with their project on digital money.The boys will be travelling to Dublin this Saturday 14th January, accompanied by Mr Farrell and Principal Mrs. Wall.
