Happy Easter!

We want to wish everyone a very happy and safe Easter. We have had a very busy term. The boys had a very interesting trip to Oakpark where they were given a wonderful insight into the Rooster Potato which originated here in Carlow. The Men’s Shed gave an excellent talk on recycling.

Preparations for the Sacraments have been going very well with the children being very involved. We have taken part in Soccer, Hurling and Gaelic Football blitzes. Karate is going wonderfully well as are the swimming lessons.

At assembly, Mrs Kelly thanked all the boys for their hard work, excellent attendance and positive engagement. The IPads are going very well with the children. The Mindfulness project on Sleep was also very well received.

ICTGames is an excellent educational site for maths and Literacy that the boys enjoy. Engineering Week is going very well with the boys working with Knex constructing their models. The coffee morning for St. Vincent de Paul went very well with over six hundred euros being raised. Well done everyone.

Finally we would like to thank everyone who supported our Parent’s Council Easter Draw. Our Parent’s Council are jut fantastic. Enjoy the Easter Eggs and have safe Easter. Míle Buíochas.
